Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information this site collects, why it is collected, and what you can do about it.

Information you give us

You can browse the whole catalogue without telling us anything. We only receive personal information when you choose to send it.

  • Your email address and any details you include when you contact us or enquire about a licence.
  • Your email address when you request the free beats.
  • The information needed to complete a purchase and deliver the files you bought.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served, such as your approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you.

Payment information

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Card numbers are entered on their systems and are never received or stored by us. We see only what we need to identify your order and deliver it.

What is stored on your device

This site saves one preference in your browser's local storage: which of the two brands you last viewed, so that returning to the site opens the one you chose. It is not an identifier, it is not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How your information is used

  • To reply to you and to answer licence enquiries.
  • To deliver the beats, licences or free downloads you asked for.
  • To keep records of licences granted, which is what lets us confirm your rights later.
  • To send you email you have specifically asked to receive. You can stop this at any time.

Who your information is shared with

Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded.

It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and fulfil your order — hosting, email and payment processing — and only to the extent they need it. It may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to a licence or a purchase are kept for as long as the licence lasts, because that record is the proof of what you are entitled to, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to il.beats.ye@gmail.com and we will respond.

Deleting information tied to a licence may end our ability to verify that licence, so we will tell you before acting on a request like that.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to enquiry and order records is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and it will be deleted.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
